Application privacy policy
Tom Freeland operates Tom Freeland Website Notifications. Questions or requests about inquiry information can be sent to tomfreeland.realty@gmail.com.
Purpose and Google permission
This application is being configured to use Google’s gmail.send permission to send website-inquiry notifications from Tom’s Google account to his own realty Gmail address. The Google permission allows sending on the account’s behalf; the recipient restriction is enforced by our application. The app does not request permission to read Tom’s inbox, access his calendar or manage Google Contacts.
Information processed
When notification delivery is enabled, a message includes the consultation answers and contact information supplied through the separate website form, inquiry-source information, recorded consent and a receipt identifier. Google authorization credentials and provider message identifiers support delivery. Website visitors are not asked to authorize their own Google accounts.
Hosting and storage
Cloudflare hosts the notification service and stores authorization credentials as protected server secrets. A separate private intake database stores inquiry and consent records. Google processes mail delivery and stores resulting messages in Tom’s Gmail account. Credentials are not included in public pages or browser assets. The sender code does not write inquiry content to application logs.
Uses and sharing
Processing is limited to the requested inquiry handling and owner notification. It does not enroll a newsletter, create a CRM contact, book an appointment, serve advertising or sell inquiry or Google data. Cloudflare and Google process information necessary for hosting, storage and mail delivery.
Retention and control
No automatic inquiry-retention expiry is currently configured. Saved database records require owner-managed deletion, and delivered messages remain subject to Tom’s Gmail controls. Authorization credentials are retained while the connection is used and must be removed when it is retired. Tom can revoke the app’s Google access through his Google Account; revocation does not delete messages already delivered. Contact Tom to request review or deletion of inquiry information.
Google API data use
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. A new Google permission or use will require renewed consent and updated disclosures.
This disclosure page
These application-information pages contain no inquiry form, Google sign-in button, marketing tracker or newsletter enrollment. The hosting provider processes ordinary web requests needed to deliver the pages. The notification connection is being configured; automatic email delivery has not yet been activated and verified.
